Does anyone know if Quality allows shops to drop ship parts to customers?

I don't believe so. My understanding is that it needs to go to the shop. I could very easily be wrong, though.

If you go onto www.penncycle.com (http://www.penncycle.com) and look in the upper right corner there is a "special order catalog" icon. It is directly linked to QBP. You can order it online and check to see if Q has it in stock. I am told that you have an option of having it shipped to your house so there won't be any need to stop in at the store. I've never tried it and I was just recently told about it so some of this might not be %100 accurate. Hopefully it can work out for you.:)

This is true.... If the item you are looking for is not listed then it is not in stock.
