Any chance of a Harmon (the park formerly known as Salem) ride tomorrow (Tues 11/22) ?
I'm hoping it might be okay, with the sugar sand base and the bridges over the low areas.
*IF* so, I'll there at 6:30 pm.
James (or anyone), Please post if you think the trail is not rideable, and we'll call it off.

I'll be there as well if there is a group ride happening...
We should plan on lots of laps to pre-work off some of the Turkey..

Caelan and I just got back from the trail.
It is soft and knobs are leaving marks but no damage is being done and it should be good to ride tomorrow night.
Speeds will need to be a little lower as trail tread will not hold high speed corners.
See everyone out there at 6:30.
I won't be bringing any hot beverages this time. Sorry, but I will be getting ready for Thanksgiving.

Ok all,
Keep an eye on the weather today.
Any type of precipitation will cancel the ride tonight. The ground out there is already pretty saturated in a number of places and will not be able to stand any more water and still hold up to traffic.
I will post about 5:30 - 6:00 if we have had any down there, as I live real close.

Weather looks ok so far... I'm crossing my fingers - I need this ride, I'm already starting to snack on T-giving goodies...

It was shakey for a while, but it now looks like I'll be able to break away from work in time for the ride.

Hey all,
It is still dry here so I would say the ride is on.
I am not going to be able to make it however. I just got home from work and am just not feeling up to a ride after the day I had.
Enjoy the ride and I'll be ready for next week I am sure.
P.S. John!!!!!

Go to your UserCP and be sure your personal timezone is right and has daylight savings enabled...
I'll check for a global setting, but the time looks ok for me.

Did a couple laps early. Except for one section just before the "big" rock up where there was a noticeable<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> slickness to the trail, course is in great shape.

Good ride tonight. A big chilly, and the trail was a little slower because of softness, but still good exercise and plenty of fun.
We did 3 laps, but skipped the north loop on the second two laps, because it was still a little on the slick side, and needs more time to dry out. The rest of the trail was in good shape. Those boardwalks are really earning their keep.

Good ride. Thanks for the use of the battery Bob. My chargers were unplugged. I think I may have blown the bulb on my handlebar light with the percussive maintenance. Now, do I order a replacement MR-11 or just step up to MR-16.........
