What are some of the biking stereotypes or even generalities you have noticed through-out life and here on the forums. (ie...for me, lookin on teh forums i have noticed that a lot of you here have, so-to-speak, smart people jobs like comp programers and such)

This brings up something that I usually try and remind my-self of about our biking community and how the forums shape our view of it. The fact that there are a lot of tech/computer people in the biking forums may simply stem from the fact that our occupation caters to being on a computer all day long. Or that we are the ones geeky enough to tie into a computer on a daily basis. I know plenty of people that bike, that maybe get on a computer once a week at best. If it wasn't for access at work, I wouldn't be on the boards much at all. My home computer rarely gets used.
I guess this is a good thing to keep in mind across all threads in our forum, the fact that though the site is very well used, we are still a small slice of the riding populace. We're growing though!
Okay- Here's my stereotype. Most people that I've met through here and at trailwork sessions are some of the most down to earth, fun loving people I know.
