Who handles this website as far as maintenance and updating? I was curious cause as I look around it seems alot of pages are getting pretty old and need updating. I'm not posting this to point it out, what I am wondering about is helping. I dont' know a ton about website design and such, but what I do have is a computer and time and am wondering about trying to get involved and help out some in something I'm interested in learning and gettign better at.

I've done most of the updating, and the pages (other than the forums) are usually done during winter months - aside from a trail review here and there. (leaving summer for building trails and riding..)
We are putting together a larger team to be able to handle this, however, and are even working on another updated look & feel for the web site. There is always room to add another to the team, so we'll keep your name and you may just find yourself helping us keep things updated soon.
If you do find pages with errors or obvious problems feel free to post - I often don't spend time going back to pages once they have been created so I rely on everyone to help point out these things.
Thanks!

Thanks for wanting to help out. I think we have it somewhat covered for now. As John stated, check for a whole new look soon. Some of us board members got a sneak peak.....it was cool.....:)
Hopefully, once we get our team together and some new software, updates will be a lot easier and more often. Once that's all set up, we will probably want more volunteers to help keep stuff updated, and it will likely not require coding skills to do so.

I was just noticing links off the main page such as events and meetings and they besides newsletter being from recently other items of information have the years 2003, 2002.... like they haven't been updated or that things havent' changed since then. I know the forums are the backbone of communication on here it seems but so much more could be done, as I'm sure the new site is heading toward, just trying to get involved by asking about areas I'm interested in.

That's just what we need, motivated people. Thanks for the offer and I am sure you will get your chance....everyone does......:)
