There will be a trailwork session this Sunday (11/13) at 10:30am.

Meet at the corner of Theo Wirth Parkway and Hwy 55
(the Par 3 lot is closed for the season).

If you show up later than 10:30, walk or ride the trail.
The plan is to blow/rake the leaves off the trail.

If you have a rake, please bring it.

Gloves, boots, eyewear, and water are recommended.

Trailwork will be cancelled if the weather is severe or the trail gets too wet.
The decision to cancel will be made at least 1 hour before trailwork.

See http://mocatrails.org (http://mocatrails.org/) to print a parking permit.

We hope to see you there!!!

If, for some strange reason, we do have enough people to clear leaves, maybe we can finish the table and make it longer......:) (hint...hint)

Tom had a good suggestion about starting earlier to avoid late morning and afternoon traffic. Plus, the state cyclocross champs are at Bassett Creek Park on Sunday.

Bump.

Still at 10:30, unless Tom or Mara want to get a group started earlier...

Either way, I'll be at Theo Wirth Pkwy and Hwy 55 at 10:30.

With apologies to early risers, my toes really prefer doing trailwork after things have warmed up a bit. Unless someone is really gung-ho about an early start, I'll see you all at ten thirty.

The rain today will make it a little tougher, but we're going to go for it.

Again...

If you have a rake, please bring it!

With the slightly wet conditions, rakes may be more effective than blowers.

We hope to see you there.

We didn't get much rain in SLP.

There's also a wind advisory for tomorrow, so that may help dry things out.

Yeah, I'm hoping to go for it.

The decision will be made at, or before, 9am Sunday morning.

Keep posted...

I am just NW of the park and it is spitting sleety, fine rain. Perfect weather for cyclocross, but I don't know about leaf raking. Good luck, I have some barriers to erect.
