I'm rollin' down to Sioux City for the weekend and i'm looking for some places to go ride. I haven't been able to find any good discriptions or directions to trails on Iowa's west side.
Anyone have info on some singletrack?

ICORR's website wasn't too helpful but www.mtbr.com (http://www.mtbr.com) has a good trail finder.

You have a few options
West of Sioux City you have Ponca State Park in Nebraska, right along the MO river between Neb and SD. I rode there a number of years ago and it was a lot of fun. Have not been back lately though..
North you have Newton Hills State Park just south of Sioux Falls, SD. I rode there a long time ago, but have heard that the horses have really torn it up.
South you have the trails in the Omaha/Council Bluffs.
Lewis and Clark Monument overlooking Int 29 east of the airport, Lake Manawa on the south side of Council Bluffs.
Swanson in Bellevue, NE and a Park I can;t remember the name of out on 132nd and Fort.
