Just found this and thought it looked interesting.

Lots and lots of minuses to it, horrible quality, and a bunch of other issues, but for what it is, it is cheap and would make for good Low Quality, web only movies from lots of odd camera angles. With the SD Slot you get a lot of small to record on. Looks pretty rugged.
Now if they could only make something at 30fps and SDTV quality I would love it.
Oh well.
