Wow, I rode all over the place yesterday, including taking a spin on all of Theo. There were at least 50 riders out there yesterday when I was there. If that isn't the positive feedback the Park Board likes to see...well whatever. The other thing I noticed...everyone seemed to be in a good mood, including the little dude (7 or 8 year old with his dad, I assume) who had a smile like he was looking at his first bowl of ice cream.

Pretty cool stuff. Even made that ridiculous loss by the Gophers more acceptable...

Today was like that too! Tons of people - all ages.

When I was leaving, a group of 40 and 50-somethings (maybe 10 or 12 of them) were taking off to ride the trails. They all had helmets, but I think a few of 'em may have been over their heads.
