I was "this close" to pulling the trigger on this, but the reality of my financial situation set in. I called Zedsport and they said they have 1 or 2 of each size frame left. Killer deal considering the Reba Race is going for about $480 on most internet sites...

Ahh isn't that always a bummer? My problem is I'm always having to sell my bikes to get myself out whatever debts I get into. That powerball is supposed to be up to 290 or something rediculous. I'll pick ya up one if I win.

I'll hold you to that... ;)

I would have posted this sooner, but I was still hoping to get one and I didn't want to lose out to any of you jokers... :D

See, the problem with On-One's is that they are too damn popular around here lately, almost as bad as Surly or Turner. Riding one might make you feel like a JOINER! :D

You know life is getting weird if anything I'm doing could be considered trendy. I got mine before the Inbred explosion -- maybe everyone just wants to be like me! :p Wow is that a scary thought.

I just think it's kinda wierd that Brant builds PLanet-X road bikes.

It's a good ride and should be your only motivation for getting one........oh and the fact riding an On-One instantly makes you cool.

I saw that the other day, but I want to put a WB fork on mine. (Which should be here SOON...).

I'm going back to look for the UPS guy now...

I don't think it's any more "trendy" than Trek, or Specialized, or Klien. There's certainly many less of them around than the other brands, you just hear about them 'cuz they're that good. So all you bike snobs can ****in bite me.

I had a Turner in 02 and an Inbred in 03...silly lemmings. Liquidated both because 26" wheels are for children.

That is a stupid cheap deal for a good bike. I hope they have some 20" frames left...

Thanks for posting this.

People on MTBR are saying that the Inbred is more compliant and forgiving than the Rig, but responsive and nimble like a Dos Niner.

It sounds like the next batch of frames will be orange. So hopefully mine will be an original around here. :D

Talked to Peter at ZedSport yesterday - very nice guy by the way. He said the 18" frames were going fast but he had plenty o' 20" frames and also lots of '06 Reba Race forks. He said they are always running specials on all PlanetX/On-One stuff. Best of all, their prices always include shipping.

Yeah, I was kinda wondering what the point of pre-ordering was, if the regular (non-sale) price was only a buck more.

Not that it's a big deal, it's still a great price...
