Boardwalk completed at Salem

Tonight Dale, Bob, Mike, Isaac and I installed the boardwalk on the east side of the pond.

Once I get a chance I will get a video of before and after posted.

All in all we installed about 90 feet of Boardwalk over a low and consistently wet section of the trail. We have to put in one small gap filler section of planking to account for a corner, and setup a little dirt and/or rock entrance to one end of the boardwalk but as it is now it is completely ridable and looks great.

Sorry I didn't make it guys, I tried to but I don't get out of work till 6pm at which point it had rained (I was barely dressed to help let alone be in the rain) it was getting pretty dark but the kicker was my biggest pet peeve TRAFFIC!!. 35E was all backed up, I got on at Ayd Mill road and took half an hour to just get down to Highway 13 so I figured at that rate better off just getting home and let the dog out.
Sorry again and if there are any other sessions this year I'm gonna try and make it, gonna ride Salem this weekend sometime (weather permitting).
