The final piece of the Salem Hills trail project is going in tonight. There is a boardwalk that has been constructed off-site that needs to be installed on the trail. Dale G. will be at Salem at 4pm with everything needed except bodies. I will be showing up around 5. Anyone that is able and interested is encouraged to attend.

Questions? Post up!

I'll be there of course to see my trail all buttoned up and the last section completed.

P.S. If you show, Pint glasses will be for sale at the trailhead. $5.00 each, buy 3 get 1 free. If you buy more than 4 the 5th, 6th, 7th, etc are only $4.00 each.

I'll try to get there around 5pm. Let me know if you need any more tools, rope, etc.

I should be there, I'm riding the trail at about 2 so that should work out just perfect.(without rain that is)

I think I'm going to try and make the trek up there. Ridden Salem a handful of times, and like that it's completely different than other trails around here. (Can't guarantee anything though as I get out of work between 4 and 4:30, and I'm roughly 45-60 minutes away)

Would I be an idiot if I brought my bike and lights for a bit of a ride after the work? Has it been raining up there? Will it be raining? (I'm in Red Wing and the sun is practically shining here)

Thanks

Isaac

IsaacI left the trail at 3 and it was barely sprinkling, so no; you certainly would not be an idiot.

Trail should be in great shape. Just enough moisture to knock the dust down.
