I would imagine we will be riding slower with a group, so you could probably catch up with us. Bring it!!!

And by "slower" he is not referring to me, I can't make it as I will be out of town getting my drink on.

Plenty of time for that after the ride!! Your drive time will only improve the later you leave... The LOD2 is calling.

Man, I could clean the LOD2 before they put the chicken wire on it. Now its going to be a breeze.;)

I'd like to go if it would be alright. But is it going to be a fast ride or will you take it easy on me?

It will not be too fast a ride. Hopefully the trail dries out quickly and we don't get any more rain. See you there.
Porter, the LOD2 is much easier with the chicken wire on there. My friend Chris made it last weekend on the first try ever. It is still a nice mental challenge.

Nah, I took some extra hours sat., and just signed off on a film job for sunday(money is good)...sorry, I have next weekend totally off, I plan on getting up there then. (Fri, Sat, Sun or something along those lines)
There will be a bunch of trials guys up there though, check the FR/ group ride forums for all the info on that.

Going slow is not a problem, the trail is not really designed to go too fast. I would hope we average about 8 mph. The total trail is about 12 miles now due to some townhome construction. I have heard how you can cruise around Lebanon with the big rig. You should have not problem. PM if you need directions. See you there.

Fargo doesn't need you. You need Fargo, all because we aren't good enough. (no excuses about your woman being there either)

I saw Porter clean that for the very first time when he was guiding me through Mammoth on my first ride there. He was like a little kid getting a lolipop for the first time! Now I guess he is an expert on it!!! You big stud you. LOL
I might be able to make the ride today depending on what happens at work. I can slow the group down even more for anyone worried it will be too fast.

I see 3-3:30, and then Porter said 4-4:30. I'll probably make it out for the later start.
Please advise start times.

buck, i'd be pretty interested to see what you think of that place and the potential. there are a few good downhills with little jumps that have potential. i'd love to ride with you guys, but i work till 5. lemme know what you think. i think that the guys who built it are open to ideas too.

Thanks for the tour guys!! I had a great time and ride! Trail is pretty fun! LODS were not a problem, in that roller section thing, clean it up with a shovel and that could be a wicked fun little section(not that it wasn't a blast already!!!)
Good meetin' ya all!
Thanks

It was a fun but short ride for me. Too bad I had to bail so soon. :cryin: But I guess I couldn't blow off my wedding annaversery or I would never get to ride again! I will be out there again Sunday around noon if anyone wants to go.

And she really liked it!!!! I wasn't sure if she would have a good time with all the technical stuff, but I just let her know when things were coming up and she tried some and walked others. We had a great ride and a great time!!
I tried the LOD for the first time too and did an endo the first time. I missed the board with my front tire coming off the log, but had unclipped first, so I was able to bail and roll with the fall without my bike following me :) I made it almost clean the second time. Back tire was barely hanging on and I slide down the board, but kept it going!!!
Missed some of the trail, but I think we did most of it.

Yeah, that was a cool ride! I've never just posted up and joined a group bike ride with a bunch of strangers but I'm glad I did. Hope to see everyone on the trail again.
