Went to Memorial yesterday with some buds and loved the stuff down in the quarry. It was my first time there this year and a lot has been done to the trail. I especially like the stuff under the bridge and where the teter is. I tip my beer to the trail workers who have made the trail an exciting well built trail:etard:

Bryan,

Thaks a bunch for your comments. I have been the trail steward for several years now. Along with Kris Henke and a few other devoted riders we have gotten quite alot of stuff done in the past years. I have a couple more things marked out that will be a big +.

Agree. I was at Red Wing once this year & dug it. Kudos to trail team.

Is it still good or do I need to worry about HUNTERS, RIFLES & BULLET HOLES?

I thought I read some where about Hunters at Red Wing.

How long is it safe to ride Red?

Thanks for the props... you shouldn't have to deal with rifles and bullets. Bow and arrows are the name of the game up on Memorial. Which to be honest is pretty night and day. I still avoid riding during hunting hours as a courtesy to other park users, but it's really open the whole day if ya gotta ride some other time.

There is NO hunting between 10 am and 2 pm, and the trail is awesome at night.

Also, big thanks to JJ and Shad for making the trip from the Cities for trailwork yesterday.
