Wikipedia entries

I have been coming to this site for quite awhile, however I am new to the forums.

I would like to see members start adding trails and information on MORC to wikipedia.org

I think this would help bring exposure to more cyclists and increase the knowledge available on the trails and areas.

Comments? Ideas? Concerns?

I know Shad added some stuff to the MTB page at sometime in the past, in fact last time I checked there was a picture of him.

I've done some work on that Wikipedia article myself. I'm partly responsible for reorganizing some of the content between the Mountain_biking (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_biking) article and the Mountain bike (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mountain_bike) article. I think that any further expansion of those articles would be a good idea, although anything specific to Minnesota trail riding should be placed into a separate article. For instance, the material about the North Shore of Vancouver was pretty particular to that area, so I moved it to a separate article.

Come to think of it, maybe an article on sustainable trail building would be very useful, if someone wants to write one.
