Murphy Race Oct 15th

I was at Murphy-Hanrehan this week and saw a posting on the building for a two lap race October 15th. That's all I recall, does anyone have more information on this event?

Grim Racer 20K

October 15, 2005 - Saturday
Murphy-Hanrehan Park Reserve (http://www.threeriversparkdistrict.org/parks/park.cfm?pid=14), Savage. 20K mountain bike race. Costumes welcome! Awards for age class winners, scariest costume, and most creative costume. Registration 9 a.m; race 10 a.m; door prizes and awards. Co-sponsored by Freewheel Bike. $20. Ages: 12+.

Not sure if they have run this exact race before, but Sprint Series races usually start from the parking lot, then use an off-limits portion of the trail system that has some more hills, then reconnect with the trail just before you do the normal loop. Always a fun ride at Murphy.
