I already know how to ride a Uni and have been giving the whole "try off road riding on a uni" some thought. What I would imagine to be a fairly economical Muni might be just the ticket to make me commit. I have to imagine that it would fit inline with Surly price structure right? I mean... they are not exactly known as a boutique brand!

The Pugsley would be cool, but.... I've already committed myself to a Rivendell Quickbeam and then after that I've got to try to convince my wife of an idea I have for Bob Brown to make something, and then... Oh and there is... Oh, and was thinking about getting a Fisher Ferous, oh, and then there is....

Oh man oh man... too many ideas, not enough $.

Considering that you put the hurt on the rest of us last week, all on full suspension and you riding your rigid fixed gear, the off-road unicyle is kind of the final frontier for you.

Dood, that Uni is built to fit a 4" tire - Surly Endomorph on a Large Marge rim - Suspension would just be silly...

$530 complete ain't bad - and it's a 29er even! Looks like you'll only be able to buy the Surly one as a frame & build kit, which would probably end up being real expensive...
