I have completed my new bike which means that the old one can become a rigid single now (Bike Porn Post will come when they are both done). If anyone has an old fork in good shape, I would like it. I'm looking for something that is suspension corrected for either 80mm or 100mm.

On-One's new superlight forks look super great! And they'll be in stock "shortly".

Webcyclery may have the Superlight's in stock.

I bought one from them, and it is a really nice fork.

Brake bosses (rattle can black) or disc only (chrome finish)? I have either, will measure crown to dropouts tonight....

Well, here's the one I got. 395mm from the dropout to the part that the race butts up against. Steerer is 1/16 shy of 8 inches. Rattle can black, few chips in the paint, chrome finish underneath. I bought it a few years ago and used it on various commuters, painted it right off the bat, so the finish underneath should still be good. Inside of the steerer is a little rusty, but fine otherwise. Starnut included. $15? Aren't you in CO?

Yeah...I'm in CO, but my parents are coming out soon and wouldn't mind bringing a fork back. However, I'm looking for something a little longer for more suspension correction. I'm thinking 430-450mm. Thanks for doing all the measurments and stuff though.

No problem, I figured it'd be a little shorter than you were looking for. Keep an eye on ebay for an surly instigator fork, a 1x1 fork, or maybe a kona project 2, they are pretty abundant and relatively cheap, especially used.

yeah, I'm checking ebay all the time...the surlies sell for more money than I'm willing to pay for a used fork. If I wanted to pay almost full price, I would get a new one with hometown customer service. I think I'm gonna be able to pick one up on the MTBR CO Front Range board, but thanks for the help.
