So my video is repremiering in Duluth in a few weeks. there are a few things in Duluth I want to hit over and get better footage of and to get some new footage to add. Some of the things would be, scholastica, spirit mtn., and a few new urban hits I have found. Post on up if you are interested the bigger the crew the better!

It's not just the beer, it's the fun rides and party factor involved. It's also the company I will be with. This is a once a year event.......D-Town is there all year around, I think I can handle missing it. I do plan to hit Steeple tomorrow though.
Bump, people looking for chance to ride with part of the DH/FR crew in MN, this may be one of the last chances of the season, we are headed up to D-Town next sunday for some filming and riding at Spirit, Scholastica, and the SK8 park in Sup-town.

70% chance of rain sunday morning and it's supposed to rain all day today also.
weather report please...I have been way up north all day and we got no rain at all! Otherwise 10am Spirit Mtn Parking lot, big crew is coming together should be fun pending weather.
Looks like the radar is clear, and only a small chance tomorrow.

yeah, if it doesn't rain we should be good. Tomorrow is gonna be cloudy and there's a 50% chance of rain in the morning, at least that's what weather bug is saying, hopefully it's nothing that will stop us from riding spirit.
it'll be good, I plan on going still, Tony if you don't get me your address or call me before I hit the sack...well you'll probably get stuck in the ****ties for the day. :cryin:, miss out on a good day of riding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooo

actually, we only road the DH course and it wasn't even that muddy.

Yeah, the trail was really tacky but no mud, standing water, or washed out section, props to the guys that helped build the trail, probably the only rideable trail on the mtn today! you should really get out there and check it out!

3 of us rode out there a couple weekends ago. rode a killer trail about 1/3 the way down, went into the trees thru a plywood cutout of the lift bridge. at the bottom was a creek thet had been armored nicely. it that yours?? we rode this on rigid ss 29's. not as fast at you nuts but we rode it anyway. rode all the race course [can't call it a trail...] we could find. nothing seems to be marked.
i'll be looking forward ro riding more of this next year. sitting at home now, w/ a big back brace. just got out of the hospital after a anterior discectomy [the doc goes in the front to work on the back...] and a fusion of L5-S1 verts. [you can look this up on the 'net]. i'd show you my scar-in-the-making but it's too close to breakfast time [haha]. 3 months of no work and 3-12 months of rehab.

Yeah I am not sure if you are describing the trail or not...I think all that stuff you are talking about is the kiddy land stuff in the winter. COGGS is supposed to be putting in signage like a month a go...I think I am going to get my own signs made and mark the DH course myself...
Yeah when your back heals up I'll come up and give a personal tour of the DH! :D

if you need a good source for signs, goto airport signs and graphics on rice lake road [cty hwy 4], about 2 miles form the arrowhead/rice lake [cty 4] intersection. scotty is a friend of mine, tell him i sent you.

Good news just talked to Gerry Olson with COGGS, signs are in the works! This fall they are GPSing and getting out credit to the right builders of all the trails at Spirit, mostly Dirt Bikers and Mtn Bikers, then the signs are going in, so late fall signage should be in! so next season no more getting lost!!! yesssss:banana: :banana: :banana: :banana: :banana:
