I recently bought a Specialized Hardrock Comp Disc less than a month ago to get started in mountain biking. I've ridden it about 15 times since buying it if that even. Saturday I took it out just to go around the block (working on bunny hops and getting used to the bike) and I went to pedal her hard and get some speed going and my right foot feels funny when I'm pedaling, it's off somehow and keeps slipping around, so I stop. Low and behold pedal busted, inside core pretty much just blew apart (plastic pedals on this bike). I took it to Eriks to see what I can do to fix it and they replaced the pedals on the bike. They put on metal pedals with toe clips at no charge to me. I went in figuring on a month old bike it should be replaced free but never thought it would be upgraded for free also. Thankyou Eriks!!
