Trailwork @ Monti Sat. Sept. 17

We need help to get Camp Montiu in Monticello ready for the Trail Benefit Race (AKA Boo Blast) in October. This trail hasn't been worked on by Blast for years so we really could use your help in prepareing it! More details to come but I think we'll be meeting at the parking lot at 9am. Questions let me know.

I'll be there to help. What tools should I bring?

We'll have most tools, just make sure to bring pants, boots, and gloves. If you have any clipers and such you could bring those. Also bring your bike, we'll, or at least I'll be riding after/durring to check things out.

Does anyone know the current conditions of the trail? Is it ridable for this weekend? I am familiar enough with the course that markings are not necessary for myself.

As far as I know the trail is rideable. Paul has been keeping up with the fallen crap but there are a few big ones which need to be chainsawed out. The only part kinda questionable is the very last part of singletrack. I got lost trying to find it but if you know where you're going it should be ok.
