Well, between the 24 hours of Afton and my newsletter drops today, I sold 4 t-shirts (OK, I bought Thayer's brother a shirt because I felt sorry for him), re-upped (I think) one member (the effervescent Tim Larson) and signed up two new ones (both referred by Salsa-frame-coveting Mark "Superclydesdale" Gavin).
In the past 24 hours, I've discovered that a rather amazing number of people know me from the forums, which is at once gratifying and slightly unnerving. But mostly gratifying.
And I've gotten about a hundred reminders that mountain bikers are among the coolest people moving about on this terrestrial ball. Especially the good folks who pitched in to make the 24 Hours of Afton happen.
