I like to support local bike shops whenever possible (well, most of them anyway..) - however, sometimes you cannot beat the Internet for price and product availability. Here are a few places I have had good luck with. Feel free to post those you like:

My Top 3:

www.performancebike.com (become a member, get 10% off)
- I usually shop here first. Many times I can find something cheaper elsewhere, but with a membership it usually comes out - plus you get free 2nd day upgrade on shipping. They normally have what I want and ship within a day or two.

www.nashbar.com
- Being a Cannondale owner (probably my last year though) I like this place because they have Cannondale gear. Price is usually good.

www.coloradocyclist.com
- Usually one of the best for price. I often get odd things I cannot find elsewhere, like spokes of all sizes etc.

Others I Use:

www.cambriabike.com
www.bikeman.com
www.pricepoint.com
www.supergo.com
www.jensonusa.com

I know I'm forgetting a few...

I have had alot of luck and helpful service at

Speedgoat (http://www.speedgoat.com)

They tend to carry alot more highend stuff and you never pay shipping on anything.

They are an eastcoast shop that do alot of modifications to Products to make them better, pre-shaved ATAC Cleats. Modified Forks, etc.

Always have great customer service and oftentimes super deals

I have had good luck with supergo. I purchased a wheelset and disc brakes from them in December. Everything came as promised.
