Just put my new ride together and test rode in the parking lot. I regret to inform that another On-one Inbred SS will be travelling the trails in the metro area. They had some nice changes when I opened the box and started building it. They moved to Avid levers and Single digit 7 calipers and can't wait till the Theo ride on Monday. Picture to follow.

Sounds like a sweet ride. Can't wait to see the pics. I just finished up my new ride also. I built up a Bianchi BASS frame and I am very proud of it. I still need to do a few things on it but its rideable. I will also post up some pics later on.:D

Yeah.....instead of the SRAM stuff.....LOL. Same company....different brand. I do like the avid stuff better though.
Can't wait to see your ride. On-Ones rock. There is a reason everyone is starting to get them. They have the best feel of any mountain bike I have ever ridden.

Kinda silly those two companies but I never have liked SRAM brakes very much. I did have one small problem on the build though, they had screwed both hex bolts on the front wheel tight. It took a little work and a little abuse on the wheel truing machine in order to get both bolts loose so that I could put it into the fork. The other thing that I had to do was change the brakes from Moto style (left brake rear, right front) which meant new housing and cable for the front. Not a big deal. Wheels trued up easy, FSA Orbit headset with cartridge bearings, TruVativ Stylo SS cranks 180 mm, Panaracer Fire XC pro 2.1 tires, KMC chain. Set it up rigid for a couple of rides, but I will put the Fox Forx 80mm on soon. Saturday after Afton should be the maiden ride.
