Cheap Frame for the smaller riders out there

I am sick of looking at this frame and seatpost hanging in my garage, so i'm offering it up to anybody who wants it for $20 bucks. I bought off a friend a couple years ago and as far as I know its pre Walgoose days.(walmart's mongoose bikes). Please correct me if i'm wrong. Also take note that the color in the pictures make it look blue-purple, It is really purple purple. I had intended it as my wifes bike, But I found a nicer frame for her and decided that this one would just sit as a Garage Decoration for a while. I really dont know much about it.. The size is on the sticker in one of the pictures. Again $20 bucks takes it, i'm open to offers. I live in winona, but ride in the cities on weekends and would just arrange to drop it off at your house if its close or at a trail head. OR i can ship it at your cost.
