Rear Derailer Problem...

Hey any of you wrenchers know how to fix a rear derailer that refuses to drop down to the last and smallest ring? Where is the adjustment dohickey? I know there is supposed to be a screw that can be adjusted I can't seem to locate the darn thing.

either your cable tension is to tight or your high gear set screw has moved in to far. Take a look at park tool link.

Also check that you didn't bend the derailluer hanger. That is what happened to my bike.
