Ok all,

I understand that this is the last evening for the BuckHhill Races, Possibly for ever, but hopefully a few of you can come out and join me for a little trailwork at Salem. After having to cancel last week, I just couldn't justify canceling this week.

We will be working in the prairie and Woods west of the tree farm and parking lot this week.

Well,

Now that feeling like a 16 year old boy in the general population at San Quentin is over with, I will be out there at 6:00.

If you can make it great, if not, maybe next week.

Don't think I can make it. Selling my truck Thursday and don't have another ride lined up yet so I may be without a vehicle for a while. If I get out of work early enough I might ride the bike up and back. I got an offer I couldn't refuse so I might be like Mara and bike everywhere or bum a ride when I need beer. :D

By the way Mara I can't pick you up for trailwork.:cryin:

Congratulations. Welcome to the dark side! You could pick me up for trailwork; it would just involve a lot more riding. :p

You'd be amazed at the amount of beer an enterprising individual can fit into a bike bag -- try it! :D

If I go for beer on the bike I take my North face Kettel Pack. 1 24 pack and a liter of whiskey fit no problem. MMMMMMMM beer.

I am car less at this point rode the single home after selling and what a great day to do it. Hope you had fun at trail work.

Trailwork went very well.

we completed most of what was cut on the west side, have some triming and mowing to do to complete the connection on the north end.

We ate a lot of Black Berries and Troy provided us with some Boulder Brewing Refreshments after we were done.

I also was able to get a couple of quick loops around the trail on the Pompino before we started and had a blast!!!!

Good job, everyone. I can't wait to ride it.

Maybe now that Buck Hill races are over, some of us can help out getting Salem finished. Maybe sneak in an hour ride at 5, then do trail work at 6.

Sorry I missed you James! The Man is starting to take way too much of my time. Oh well, gotta have a job to buy all my biking goodies.
