Newby needs help!

Hey Guys,
I am new to this board, I live in Belle Plaine and frequently ride the MN River Vallet trail and 7 mile near St Peter. I need to tune up my bike and do some adjustments and am wondering if there an anyone nearby I can bring it to and pay to have fix and teach me how at the same time. I would really appreciate it thanks,
