Anyone know how to do a crank flip while in a stopped wheelie? Looks like a shin shredder.:)

Make sure you have it in a smooth gear also. If you try it in a odd gear or with a chainguide, it will be a lot tougher.

Make sure your comfortable with being on the rear wheel. Once your balanced and feeling good, then start with trying to spin the cranks. Its all about being over the rear hub and feather your brake to keep you there. From there, just kick your pedals and stop them once they come around. Or, you can do it while riding a wheelie or basiclly anytime you want to... Good luck and use shin gaurds!!!

Bummer dude! You live in Minnetonka? Where??? I've been crashing at a friends place up there for a couple weeks now. We should go do some riding.
