Well I got up about 6:30 AM, (its one of my days off)did some stuff around the house, ate, cleaned up one of my bikes, adjusted the derailer, got everything ready, went to the bank, went to another place, paid a bill, got back in my truck, got on 494 to go to 35E South to Leb, and it started raining, this sucks!

If it makes you feel any better I dont have any clients coming in till 4:30 so I'm going for a ride. In winona the rain is at least a few hours off, the trails are perfectly trimmed and the Temps are cooler then they have been in the past week. I love lazy midweek rides

But first I have to let my buffalo chicken sandwich get situated in my stomach. There could be some adverse reactions if I dont

Not much windsurfing or skiing there, so you can count me out. Now if you were to say Tahoe, I would be all over that.

Screw Arizona, I'd move to whistler where they ride no matter what b/c there aren't a bunch of sallies that cry if you ride when it is wet.

I would if the trails were designed for it. But, parts of the XC course at the Chaindrive were way too muddy and wet......which made them unrideable and very messy.....which is why I don't ride most trails wet.

Wow, and here I thought I was someone who put a whole bunch of time and effort into a trail I didn't want to see destroyed. Silly me.

I just moved back from there almost 2 years ago. No way would I live there again. In the summer, we'd hit the trails at 5:00-5:30 AM and it would still be in the mid to upper 80s. THAT sucks. However, riding in shorts in the middle of January is pretty cool. You look like a tough guy compared to the natives in their tights and long sleeve jerseys.

Yes. Wet. Enough. I'd put my money on 'no'.

It is 5pm. I'm in Eagan, chomping at the bit for a ride. However, even though it stopped raining and the wind is blowing, I think it's going to take until tomorrow afternoon (minimum) before we can ride the trails without doing damage.

I think I'm going to do some suburban assault tonight.
