Trek / Fisher Bike Demo @ Lebanon July 9-10

I just got word that Trek will be holding their annual bike demo at Lebanon again this year - July 9-10 around 10am each day.

This has in the past been a good event - they bring a TON of bikes.

If we can get some volunteers they have said they would enjoy seeing MORC join them for this event. I'd like to see us have the MORC tent out there and celebrate our trail with Trek. Anyone interested in hanging out at the MORC tent on these days? We'd probably take memberships and/or generally just give info on MORC. (maybe sell t-shirts, socks, jerseys?)

We have a tent ready to be out on the 10th, but we need someone to man the tent on the 9th. I cannot make it that day due to a family reunion, but I'll be out Sunday to help out.

If we could get a few people with enough interest on Saturday I'd try help get a MORC tent out there. Otherwise looks like it might just be Sunday....

Hope we have better weather than we're having lately.

I'd be interested and most likely available to man the tent on the 9th... as long as I could get out for a lap or two as well (I'm dying to try out a 29er!). I don't have any MORC swag (except the socks). Email or PM me details on how I can help out.

I'm still checking on availability of the tent. We'd need a few more volunteers as well. Hopefully something soon on this.
