The annual Juneteenth celebration occurs this weekend at Theo Wirth Park.
The main site for the festival is at the parking area where one would typically park for MTB riding. The lot is closed. So is Glenwood Ave east of Theo Wirth Pkwy.
The streets in my neighborhood (just west of Theo Wirth Pkwy) are posted no parking, but if you drive in far enough you will find that the signs are no longer there....park and ride to the trailhead.
