Is Afton Wet

Is it wet or Dry. Anybody familiar with the conditions tomorrow if this weather keeps up.

Just got back from Afton from doing trail work. And yes it is wet. If it doesn't rain any more till tomorrow it will be fine, but if it keeps on raining!!!!! I would bring a set of tires for each condition. Get there early and take a look and put on the tires that you feel are the better choice. I used to bring different sets of tires to races when I was racing. You just never know the trail is going to be like. Good luck at the race, maybe I'll see you down there.

Yep. you're right its time to take the Racing tires out of the bin and the Mud Ones as well. Thanks for the Advice.

I'll see you there and i'll get there earlylike 10'ish sho i can do at least half a lap to get a look at the terrain and what kind of trail is it..

Glad you enjoyed the race/trail !!

Afton is hardly ever wet, except bottom, trail work is planned to help that.
I've never done trail work before...however..I've been out to help w/Afton work.
The Afton crew is mellow & the trail work self fulfilling.
My kids even want to go again.
