I've got the bus thing down now..
Train to the Mall of America 31:00 mins
444 Bus (small chubby bus with bike racks inside) it leaves every 25 mins..
Arrive at Lebanon Ride have fun..
Leave by 4:30 p.m. for its the last bus that leaves towards the Mall of America. Hey complain 2 Metro Transit not me.
Thanks to the 5 People who showed me the ropes at my first Leb ride yesterday and pardon my ADD name problem i willl work on it..
Leb is The Best i've seen so far in the Twin Citiez

If 4:30 is too early for you to leave you can bike to the train. Takes about an hour, 98% traffic free. I did it last Wednesday, it's a nice senic ride if you have the hour to spare.

From parking lot north on Pilot Knob
west(Left) on highline trail (this crosses 35E)
north(Right) on Rhan road
northeast(Right) on Beau d'rue
northwest(Left) across Hwy 13 on Silver Bell rd
north(Right) on Nicols Road
to parking lot under Hwy 77
take pedestrian bridge ( goes half way across river)
as you exist bridge go left and follow the dirt road
this road goes for several miles and ends up at Mn. Valley visitor center
as you get closer to the center you will start to run into bird watchers and such
biking here is legal but play nice so it stays that way
take the stairs up to parking lot
left out of parking lot onto American Blvd
Right onto 34th to HHH LRT station

Sorry - I just saw this post, haven't been on the more forums for a while..
You are more than welcome - we'll have to get to Lutsen or something with the real long down hills to really take advantage!
Jacki and I did do a lap at Theo just as the rain started; it was good - but starting to get too wet. Looks like rain most of this week as well (figures) - Hopefully we all can get out and ride together soon!

biking here is legal but play nice so it stays that way
take the stairs up to parking lot
left out of parking lot onto American Blvd
Right onto 34th to HHH LRT station
or if you don't want to take the stairs and want to do a little climbing you can stay left and ride up the hill. It is gravel so stay seated. :)
