Ski hill riding - free or $$

I am just wondering if the new FR / DH trails being built are in areas that charge a useage fee or if they are just open for riding? I assume there is a fee and if so, have the rates been set already?

it is at this point up in the air, as far as I know, I would guess that once the lifts come on or a shuttle service is started expect to see a fee.
