View Full Version : The dates are set for the DJ building.....
Next weekend we are renting a Bobcat to begin building the DJ's. If anyone would like to come down and help or hang out feel free to get a hold of me.
Adam, call me, I didn't pay my phone bill, so I can't call people!

I am interested, but I need to know days times and where this is at. I would bring both my bikes, BMX and P.2 for this. Sounds like a lot of fun!
This weekend is it! We will have one Bobcat for sure, maybe two:crazy2:
After all the rain and a few warm days, I think the ground should be pretty well thawed.
call me for directions....218-831-1512

I'll be there with my shovel, cam gear, and bike...only thing is I'll be running just a rear brake... as my front brake is at HAYES getting re-built....

Adam's here- Pete's coming! Two cases of Red-Bull, Big fire and pizza!
Come one come all. Bring your bikes too. We should at least have one line rideable by afternoon. The 10 pack.

HELL YEAH we'll be there Sunday, come on down and help shape lips and landings.
Hum.......a rainy day, but we still managed to get a 6 pack and fix up the "BIG" section. Tomorrow we plan to ride ride at least one run, and work on finishing a flowy, steep, short section for tricks, and beginners. We scratched the whole idea of table tops. We don't want a bunch of jibbers riding. We did make one small table though, about 6'-7' tall, and about 15' long for the citizen's.
We'd also like to thank Pete Koski for driving down in the pouring rain, hanging out, providing info, raking and shoveling the heavy @ss dirt, bs-ing, and shooting pictures. Oh, and most importantly, SHOWING UP TO HELP. You will be able to come down and ride whenever you'd like. Next time you're gonna have to stay for a day or so though, so we can hit up some street, and head downtown for some barley pop.
Anyway, so far, the smallest jump is about 17' long, 5' high! And the BIG one is big.
Werd, it was a pretty craptastic day weather wise, but it got better later. Lots of fun playing in the dirt, will be even more fun when its dry and we can bust the bikes out. Can't wait. Check it out.

Yeah, Those plans were a lot of $$$, so if anyone wants to ride, they have to help pay for them:fool:
FYI, Sam is 4 feet tall when he sits, so that's how big those jumps are  (Sic' them jibbers, KILL Sami..... KILL)
More pics in the morning...
