Birchwood Cafe Road Rides

Has anyone done any of the Birchwood cafe open group road rides? I've been thinking about tagging along, but if it is a bunch of Cat 1 guys, I'll probably pass...

I dont know if the GIS guys still lead them but they were a no drop ride i believe with all abilities or they also had 2 groups leave where one was no drop and one was faster. Either way I'd hook up with em and give em a try, or if you can get to County cycles and do some Gopher Wheelmen rides those are a blast and a half, the fast group is fun to do, the slower rides are no drop i think. Head to the forums on www.mcf.net for local club linx and possible rides.

And if and when i get my road bike i'll be trying to get some rides going too, im in the South Mpls area.

Let me know about those road rides- I'd definetely be interested. I've been getting some miles in this winter on the rollers and a little bit outside. I just need to suck it up and start riding to work...
