Hey Buck. I saw a sale on the 2004 Big Hit Comp. It's a single crown Dirt Jumper II. What do you think about that ride? It looks like the same rear suspension as yours and it has a 24" rear wheel.

Actually just so ya all know. There is a D9 complete for 2000 and two -03 complete bighits for sale in duluth one for 1400 super good deal.
I know one of the riders from Ski Hut the Bighit Expert was not ridden hard at all. As for the Demo 9, I saw/rode it seemed to be in awesome condition. I would consider those, it'll get you on a DC right away if that is what you want otherwise the '04 is a super cool bike, with a little less travel then the previouse year. I run 2-4 front and back. i love them, some people don't, so that is more of a personal preference. It is the same rear suspension design, all the BIGHITS are 4-bar.

Yeah, well I think you carved the dual slalom better than me because of those 24's.....otherwise I woulda waxed you.....so yeah, I think I would like the 24's. The price on this one is in the ballpark as the ones you mentioned and it's new. It's a large, but I rode it and felt comfortable on it.

Cool man, buy it up. I can preach all day long about the bike but in the end comes down to wether you like it or not. Remember That is DOES NOT comes stock with dub 2-4s that was a very expensive up-grade. Specialized has always been good at specing their bikes well.
