Ok so if I read this all right and got the details correct. This bill is being pushed through By one of the Rep. out of CO. It has a 380million worth of money tagged on it for trail building nation wide. BUT any illegal trail builders will be dealt with harshly and swiftly. Making illegal trail building a Misdemeanor(I thought it was a felony???) But anyway they can nail you with both jail time and fines...:hit:

Check it out for yourself, correct anything I say, I just found it interesting but hard reading all the striking and add this and that crap gets confusing so I may have messed some of it up!
