Belle Plaine???

I just looked over the MORC newsletter again and noticed something I didn't before. There is a note about 80 acres that has been looked at for possible trails in Belle Plaine. Any details on this? Specifically just curious about the location, I have a few ideas of where it could be (grew up in the area, and while I don't know how many mountain bikers are "natives" to Belle Plaine, I do know of one local who would absolutely love it - my dad). There is definately some interesting topography in the area (thinking lots of ravines and stuff around the River), I could definately see lots of deadfall to climb over/around/on and steepish climbs/descents with twisty singletrack (among other things). Also, I'm bad with acreage... how many acres is say Terrace Oaks? for comparison.

If it's way too early in the planning stage for any details to be out, that's totally cool too.
