View Full Version : Huckin' and Jumpin' in the snow, w00t!!!
What up guys??? We got a good 6" of pow today on top of a nice compacted 30" base. What does that equal??? Some super sic conditions to bust out the MAD RIVER ROCKETS and throw the hand brace away :D !!! Hucked a big 'ol cliff and scoped some more lines that need landings. Then went to the jumps that are way out of shape but good enough to pop 360s on. ooo, what a fun after noon...Check the pics out, super gnar. Huge thanks to Ben Dunbar for the stellar picks on his EOS DSLR Rebel.

I hope your knees are able to absorb the impact of landing that huge huck. Holy cow, that looks like spine compression to me...
Great pics!

Hahahaha, acutally the MMR has knee pads and I was landin' in over waist deep snow, but I'm going to try and throw a 360 of it next time I head out then I'll have to build a landing!
Super good time, I recommend Rockets to everyone, so so fun, even if you are just rippin' down the hill through trees!

Yeah you'd have a really tough time back in there, you have to go off another cliff before that one, and then through a stand of pine trees, it'd be cool but tough, and why do that when I have a pass to spirit??? Yeah I'm on skogen sprangs, they rock, I went skiing for 7 hrs on Saturday. w00t for taking my brace off so I can do stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If any of you come up this way you better post up and we can shred!
