So which trails are open

Or maybe better which trails are not officially closed. I know the river bottoms have always been available but what else can be ridden without risk of bad Karma or bike bans? I don't want to go snowboarding.

Salem Hills in Inver Grove Heights is open. And Battle Creek is open until it can be groomed for XC skiing.
