I just ordered this fork from One On One Bicycle Studios.

http://www.answerproducts.com/items.asp?deptid=1&itemid=129

It's a new Dirt Jump fork and is about two pounds lighter than the Marzocchi Dirt Jumper III I was going to get. These forks are fairly low budget, about $250, but it's supposed to be strong, which is all I care about for my P.2. Since I am going to beat the crap out of it, I am glad I am not spending a ton of money on it. I will let people know what I think when I use it.

I just put a a Black super air on my hardtail in September and I highly recommend it, way better than the Duke I had on.

Mike that is b/c Rock Shox = Rock Sh!t...go with Manitou and Marz, they are really starting to get things dialed...although I have ridden a RS Pike and I thought that was awesome...

Shad,

Sounds cool, hows about some pics of you jumping the MTB???

Would love to, but I am always the one with the camera and I don't get many pictures of myself. I have some John took at the year end party and those are in the photos section already. I plan to have some more organized riding next year with some street and dirt jumping. I plan to make a film....or at least try. I want to get a decent video camera and one of those helmet cams.....that would be fun.

hey shad, let me know when you go out jumping or riding or whatever. I'd love to join you some time, plus i know how to use a camera. Your idea of a film. I've been wanting to make a film for a minute. I make lots of beats and songs here with some otherfolks so we could have original music on that stuff or whatever. so hit me up.

by the waythat manitou stance is a pretty dope fork, a friend of mine back home just got one for his cove g-spot, and he loves it. good price too. i've been tempted myself. The way it winds down is great too, so you can dial in what ever travel you want. well take it easy everybody.

and get at me shad
peace

Yeah, I will do that. I am actually redoing my website, where I also have forums. It will still have it's political part, but will now have a lot more BMX, Skateboarding, and freeriding stuff. I am making it so it has sections for each. It will have a Politics, BMX, Skateboarding, and Freeride section that will become it's own internal site. I don't know if you get it, but I will post here when I have the new design done. I will also update info about rides and filming there too.

The link is www.freethinkersunite.com, but it's still mostly political right now. I will be uploading the new design in a week or so and you will be able to select which section you want from the home page. So you will no longer get my ANTI-BUSH stuff shoved in your face.....:)

So, if you want to stay in the loop, you should click on the new forums link and join the forums.....which have a freeride section in them already. I only have 8 memebers right now, but I hope more will join when I set up my new format.

Hahahah, well worth it believe me that is the only DV cam that can even compare to real film with out after effects...so it will look like film yet it is in a digital format so it is easy to transfer without loss of quality...I can't wait...
