Ore to Shore

Sounds like a great event. From the pics and description, it seems similar to the Chequamegon Fat 40, but a little longer. Does anyone have experience with the Ore to Shore?

Haven't done the Ore to Shore but I hear it's a great race, as with most in the U.P.. Next summer I want to do the Keeweenaw Chain Drive festival:

They have a 32 and a 16 mile race on two of Houghton's major trail systems then a technical time trial on the next day. And you get a Jersey!

Another good one up there is the Copper Harbor Fat Tire fest. It's held over labor day and it is a killer course. I've done this one twice and have really enjoyed it.
