Scared at Night!!!!

bonked last Theo at 7:45 , stopped to take a break and my light went out for some reason. I close my eyes and say ohh %$it and for out of nothing i saw a care bear. i could've sworn i was seeing it for real..

can anybody experienced in the paranormal give me an explanation out there. or is it a mere sidefect of old granola bar.
