haha.. awesome.

we had a really good turnout for the trail school session at Afton Alps. we constructed a very cool in-sloped turn (berm) around an oak tree and a new trail exit in place of a fall line trail. the crew also installed some awesome rock armoring on another section of badly rutted fall line trail. i am sure John L or someone else will be along later with some before and after photos. the change was pretty drastic.
i think everyone had a good time and learned a lot. Mark and Lora from IMBA were super cool and know A LOT about everything trail... John from Afton Alps was very enthusiastic about the whole weekend and is already talking about doing more work next year. Afton has a lot of great trail potential, hopefully we can keep the ball rolling and make some in the next couple seasons.
