Night riding??

Just curious if we are allowed to ride at night here. I recall hearing that the park "officially" closes at dusk. But I have heard of people night riding there. Does MORC have an official position on this issue?

Bloomington Ferry parking lot has a sign that says the parking lot closes at 10pm. I always park there and get my ride done by 10 pm and have no problem.
