When does Hillside park close?

I rode hillside after dark a few weeks ago, and before I started I looked for a park hours sign. Didn't see one anywhere, but I did see they have the gates there to lock the parking lot. When do they lock these gates? I would hate to be on the trail and come back to find my car locked in the lot! Thanks a lot for any info!

They are closed between 10:30pm and 6am. Check out the city Website (http://www.ci.elk-river.mn.us/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC={497C731D-325F-45DB-AB87-6D4C47C0AA1F}) for more info. I don't believe they lock the gates at night, only in the winter.
