We made some great progress on Zone 5 last week, we will continue work in that area.

Meet on the ski trail between Zone 5 and Zone 7.

We are running out of time, the success of the project depends on our ability to finish as much trailwork as possible by the end of the season. Please come out and help, it is more crucial now than ever.

See http://mocatrails.org (http://mocatrails.org/) for details.

Pretty good. The trail is almost all destumped and we got a good part of the next major bench cut done. But the best part, the concrete junk pile is now something fun......

Sweet! I went down there Tues nite to check out the progress, and saw that stuff sitting there - I hope you made it as cool as I was imagining... ;)

Nice work guys! That's gonna be one of the coolest sections of the new trail so far - the berm around the top of the gully rocks! I'm gonna have to go check it out again tonite...

And how much crap did I get for routing the trail through all that concrete???? Told you guys many many times--the best place for a trail is usually through the nastiest pile of crap you can find on the hill!!! Pete, Shawn---apologys will be accepted at the next trail planning session. Prepare to be humble!!! I know you guys will never doubt my judgement again.

COOL! I can't wait to see the concrete pile.

I'll have to get out and ride it before Sunday trailwork. :)

We're not worthy, We're not worthy...:)

It is very cool, they did an awesome job on it, it looks like that concrete junk was made just for that reason. It's actually more of a skinny to drop, I guarantee there's nothing like it anywhere else in town.

I was sorry I had to go to a meeting last night. I wanted to give the drop a try, but they were still working on it. I'll try it tomorrow.
