Everyone: Be aware that yellowjackets, wasps and hornets are out in full force right now. If you allergic/reactive carry an Epi-Pen with you whenever you ride. Be careful of sweet and wet things, because they are attracted to sugar and moisture. I got stung in the lip today by one that evidently landed on my spring water bottle btween my taking the lid off and raising it up to my mouth. I'm not reactive, but it hurts none the less!

Hydrate safe!

Damn dude that sucks!!1
Last year my bro got stung on the tongue when a wasp went in his can of pop after a ride...he's not allergic but we had to go to the hospital none the less, dangerous things can happen if the tongue swells!!!

I got stung 4 times by hornets at Terrace during trailwork. They had a secret lair underground and ambushed me.

Thanks for the warning!

Last year I think I got stung four times. I was lucky this year up until I went to Aspen, CO. I got stung on my calf and it hurt for about a week and there is still a little red dot there today. It was about 10 or so years since I was stung before last year, but now I have been stung 5 times since. What's up with that!
