Rode there on Saturday - It's in great shape! The carefully selected mix a native prairie grasses and wildflowers have all been cut down so there is no bushwacking! There are still a few on the trail itself, but with more traffic they will disapear in no time.

THOSE ARE NOT WEEDS!!!!

They are a carefully selected mix a native prairie grasses and wildflowers :D

You should have seen it when they were at full heigth. 7 feet tall and overhanging the trail. They would catch a bar end and spin you around real fast.

We intend to start more trail layout and building in october so if you have a chance please come help out. We also need to build some boardwalks for the low section on the east side of the pond.

I will keep the calendar and forums updated on times and places.

Who said weeds :eyeroll:

But yes - they are quite breathtaking when viewed from a few feet away - but when they are overhanging the trail and are in the tread path - they are weeds ;)

Seriously - thanks for cutting them back.

Sounds good. If I can fit it in, I'll be there! :)
